• Mockup Approval – We’ll create a preview for you to review and approve before production within 2 business days.
• Processing Time – Orders will be processed 24-48 hours after final approval.
• No Returns – All custom orders are final sale—no changes, cancellations, or returns.

Customization Guidelines

• Resolution: 300 DPI minimum for sharp, clear printing
• Size: at least 1250 x 2000 pixels for full-coverage designs
• File Format: PNG or JPEG (no transparency)
• Single Image Print: No transparent or layered elements
