5. Text Messaging (SMS & RCS)

As part of servicing your business account, we may communicate with you and your authorized users via SMS text messaging and, on supported devices, RCS (Rich Communication Services), using the mobile numbers provided in connection with your account.

A. Types of Messages

Text messages are used for business and transactional purposes, including:

  • Order confirmations, updates, and shipping notifications
  • Invoice, payment, and account alerts
  • One-time passcodes and security or verification messages
  • Customer support and service-related communications

By providing a mobile number for your account, you consent to receive business and transactional text messages at that number.

B. Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency depends on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient's mobile carrier plan.

C. Opting Out & Help

You may opt out of non-essential text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Certain service-related messages, such as security or account notifications, may still be sent as necessary to operate your account. You may also contact us using the information at the end of this policy.

D. Information Collected Through Messaging

In connection with text messaging, we may collect the mobile number, carrier, opt-out status, message content and timestamps, and delivery data. RCS messages may transmit additional information compared to SMS, such as delivery and read receipts and richer media, and require a data connection and a supported device. Where RCS is unavailable, messages may be delivered as standard SMS or MMS.

Mobile Numbers Are Not Shared for Marketing

Mobile phone numbers collected for account communications are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share them only with service providers that help us deliver messages on our behalf, and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.
